Shipping & Logistics
Who handles the shipping?
We handle the shipping for you. We coordinate the entire freight process directly from the retailer's distribution center to your warehouse. By managing the logistics, we ensure your load is dispatched efficiently from the regional hub closest to your location.
Where are your shipping points?
We ship direct from strategic hubs in NC, TX, PA, GA, OH, FL, and AZ. This regional network allows us to provide the most competitive shipping rates by pulling inventory from the facility nearest to your delivery address.
Inventory & Quality
Are the truckloads cherry-picked?
Absolutely not. Every load ships direct from the retailer's reclamation center. We do not sort, filter, or remove any high-value items. You receive the raw inventory exactly as it was released by the store.
What is the condition of the merchandise?
All inventory is sold "As-Is". You will receive a raw mix of customer returns and shelf pulls. This variety is standard in the liquidation industry and is why our prices remain a fraction of the original retail cost.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept Bank Wire Transfer and ACH for all truckload orders. This ensures secure, immediate processing so we can begin the shipping and dispatch process without delay.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Given the nature of liquidation, no refunds, returns, or credits are offered. We encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions before finalizing your order.
